Description
The Ignite Espresso Blend is a a harmonious mix of Brazilian and Colombian coffees roasted to highlight sweetness and body. Lightly sweet, nutty, and smooth, this blend performs beautifully both as espresso and milk-based drinks. Medium roast with balanced acidity and a creamy mouthfeel. Perfect for daily espresso lovers or café-quality brews.
The Ignite Espresso Blend has been created for those of you looking for a coffee that packed a bit more of a punch. There's Brazilian and Colombian coffees in the blend with a small amount of coffee grown in India. It bring out more of the coffee kick and lowers the acidity naturally present in the coffees.
Brazilian coffees are generally well known for their low acidity and smooth chocolate taste with milk. Our Colombia coffee is grown at a higher altitude which allows the cherries to mature at a different rate to those of Brazil. Adding sweeter acidity, fruit notes and a thick body for strength. The Indian element brings the added little kick to the end.

Brew Guide
Most of our coffees work well across a variety of brew methods. While certain beans may excel using specific techniques, it all comes down to your personal preference. However you choose to brew, follow these basics for the best results:
Use freshly roasted beans
- Weigh your coffee
- Time your brew
- Measure your final yield
Home Espresso
For a solid double shot at home, start with 18.5g of coffee, extract for 25–30 seconds, and aim for a yield of 35–40ml.
Home Filter
For filter coffee, try 19g of coffee, brewed over 3–4 minutes, using 250ml of water.
Once you’ve got a baseline, tweak your method to taste. Want it stronger? Use a bit more coffee or reduce your final yield. It’s all part of the fun.
